MICHAEL JACKSON:3 YEARS AFTER

Its been three years since the King of Pop exited the world.
Micheal jackson died on the 25th of june at the hand of his own doctor Dr Conrad Murray, the doctor administered propofol, lorazepfam and midazolam.
On February 8, 2010, Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter by prosecutors in Los Angeles.
The 50 year old artiste at the time of his death was preparing for his tour, he was a singer-songwriter, musician, composer, arranger, dancer, choreographer, record producer, actor, businessman, philanthropist.
Micheal was a member of the The Jackson 5 till he debuted as a solo artist in 1971. Jackson’s music videos ‘beat it’,’billie jean’,’thriller’,were used to bring the then new MTV to fame.
Micheal as a dancer made several dance steps popular. His distinctive musical sound and vocal style influenced numerous hip hop, post-disco, contemporary R&B, pop and rock artists.
His album the 1982 thriller is the best selling album of all time, among his albums are Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991), and HIStory (1995),
Jackson has been inducted into the Rock and Roll hale of fame, the only dancer of pop and rock and roll to be inducted to the Dance Hall of Fame, he holds multiple Guinness World Records; 13 Grammy Awards (as well as the Grammy Legend Award and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award); 26 American Music Awards (more than any other artist, including the “Artist of the Century” and “Artist of the ’80s”); 13 number-one singles in the United States in his solo career (more than any other male artist in the Hot 100 era); and the estimated sale of over 750 million records worldwide.
Jackson won hundreds of awards, which made him the most-awarded recording artist in the history of popular music. He was also one of the world’s most prominent humanitarians and philanthropists; personally, and through his Heal the World Foundation, he donated more than $300 million in charity, and holds the Guinness World Record for having supported the most charities out of any pop star.[4]
Jackson as a person generated lots of public interest in his changing faces, sexual abuse, eccentric behaviours and his lifestyle. He got pulled into plastic surgery due to an accident while he was shooting a Pepsi promo during which his hair got burnt. In fact, Michael Jackson’s deep dissatisfaction with his appearance, his nightmares and chronic sleep problems, his tendency to remain hyper-compliant especially with his father, and to remain child-like throughout his adult life are in many ways consistent with the effects of this chronic mal treatment he endured as a young child,Jackson’s father was also said to have verbally abused Jackson, saying that he had a fat nose on numerous occasions he often would say “if you didn’t do it the right way, he would tear you up, really get you”. Ever since then, Micheal’s face changed from completely black to that of a Caucasian Man.
By the mid 1990s several surgeons speculated that he had undergone various nasal surgeries, a forehead lift, thinned lips, and cheekbone surgery—although Jackson denied this and insisted that he only had surgery on his nose. Jackson claimed that he had only two rhinoplasties and no other surgery on his face, although at one point he mentioned having a dimple created in his chin
Micheal got married to Lisa Presley the daughter of Elvis Presley in May 1994 at the Dominican Republic though the marriage lasted barely 2 years.
In 1997 during his tour, jackson got married Deborah Rowe a dermatology nurse with whom he had his first 2 children Micheal joseph Jackson(aka prince) and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson. In 1999 the couple divorced while Micheal got custody of the children.
Micheal had influences on the works of so many artistes including Patrick Stump,Jennifer Lopez,Beyoncé,Mariah Carey,Mýa,Usher,Adam Lambert,Green Day,Justin Timberlake,Britney Spears,Madonna,Alien Ant Farm,Ludacris, Ciara, and Sean P. Diddy Combs
In March 2010, Sony Music Entertainment signed the largest music contract to date with Jackson’s estate, a $250 million deal to retain distribution rights to his recordings until 2017, and to release seven posthumous albums over the decade following his death.
Jackson was entombed on September 3, 2009, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California.
